The sounds of machines beeping, the sounds of rubber soles pounding against linoleum floors; If you know what those sounds represent, then you must be anxious about the “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 13 premiere. We “Grey’s” fans have been waiting all summer to see the new drama between the doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial hospital. In the very first season, we met Dr. Alex Karev, Dr. Meredith Grey, Dr. Miranda Bailey, Dr. Arizona Robbins, and Dr. Richard Webber. In the later seasons, we were introduced to Dr. Jackson Avery who is in a relationship with Dr. April Kepner, Dr. Jo Wilson who is in a “relationship” with Dr. Alex Karev, and Dr. Amelia Shepherd who is Meredith’s deceased husband’s sister. She is now married to Dr. Owen Hunt. Dr. Ben Warren is married to Dr. Miranda Bailey. We also were introduced to Doctors Maggie Pierce, Stephanie Edwards, Nathan Riggs, and Andrew DeLuca. Tensions rise in the first 10 minutes of the premiere between Dr. Karev and Dr. DeLuca. The love triangle between Maggie, Meredith, and Riggs continues. In the season 12 finale viewers saw April Kepner and Jackson Avery deliver their new bundle of joy, but as season 13 starts, we must ask if the two are going to be able to be a happy family. Jo is still scared to tell Karev her deep secret which could possibly create problems between the relationship. While Alex Karev handles a tough situation, it may bring feelings out with another doctor besides Jo.
