Wayne Ingle is the English Department Head at Heritage High School where he also teaches Journalism. He has been with HHS since they opened their doors in 2008, and before that, he taught for 18 years at Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School, also in Catoosa County Georgia. He received his B.A., M.A. and EdD. from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He is a 1975 graduate from Tyner High School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Dr. Ingle shares a vintage 50s rancher in East Brainered with two rescue Chihuahua mixes named Stella and Stanley. He enjoys writing, reading, travel, and collecting music. His favorite novel is
Moby Dick by Herman Melville, and his favorite album is
