Kaidence Thompson’s daily routine consists of sports practice, naps, watching TikTok, and school. She does track and field, cross country, and flag football, a new sports addition here at Heritage. This is her first time playing flag football, and she’s so excited for her first game! Thompson commented, “The connection I have with my team members and my bond with my coaches is my favorite part about playing flag football this season. ” She likes most subjects in school, but she hates math. She says “Math is so boring, it’s confusing to me, and is hard to do.” Thompson is taking team sports and journalism as electives and biology and math as her academics.
If she isn’t on the track, then she’s watching TV or listening to music. Thompson’s favorite shows are “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Amazing World of Gumball.” Her favorite movie is “Tangled” because it reminds her of her childhood. “Tangled” has been her favorite movie for years. She likes hanging out with her friends often, and being with people she cares for, like Alex Dye and Abby Hampton. Thompson is a very outgoing and funny person. She has a personality that makes many people want to be around her. Emma Stoker said, “Kaidence is one of the funniest people I’ve met, and I love being around her.”
Thompson has a love for shopping for anything and everything. Her favorite shops are Lululemon, American Eagle, Nike, and Sephora. She enjoys eating Fuji and having a peach Alani everyday. Her favorite season is summer, because she enjoys having time out of school, being with her friends, going to the beach, swimming, and getting to tan. She also enjoys the fall season. She likes it because she gets to go to football games, haunted houses, and enjoy all of the holidays. Winter is her least favorite season, even though she loves Christmas. She said, “It’s too cold, a lot of people get sick, and school during winter is very hard.”
Thompson is a very hardworking person and she never gives up. She has a strong attitude especially, towards sports and mostly school. Her attitude is very positive and she has strong determination. She is working hard for her grades this year, and for her attitude during her flag football games and track meets. Thompson is a very good person to surround yourself with!
