Kampbell Moore is one of the Homecoming Queen Candidates this year. Having the opportunity to be a candidate for Homecoming Queen is an exciting but scary challenge for Moore; however, she is ready to bring it on and do her best.
Moore is involved in the HHS Volleyball team, the BETA club, the Superintendents Advisory Council, NHS, Mu Alpha Theta, and Partner’s Club. Being so involved in school definitely helped her get nominated this year. She is also the Secretary for the senior class.
Outside of school, she enjoys playing volleyball, reading, and doing homework. She aims to attend the University of Georgia with her sister and pursue a career in mathematics.
Moore would describe herself as a forgiving person, a kind and intelligent student, and a good friend to her peers.
She said, “My sister, who was a Homecoming Court representative a few years ago, was a huge inspiration to go for HOCO Court.” Moore says her sister was a positive and kind encouragement throughout the whole process of being on the HOCO Court. Moore had a fun experience, and even though she did not win this year, she still believes she had a good impact on Heritage High School and appreciates everything HHS has done for her these past years.
