Fast food enthusiasts have a new hotspot to check out in Hixson, Tennessee. Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, commonly known as Raising Cane’s, has just opened a new location in Hixson being the 11th Cane’s in Tennessee. The grand opening event was held on Thursday, January 9th, 2025. This drew a large crowd of eager Chattanoogans to get their fingers on some of their well known chicken fingers and sauce.
Raising Cane’s was founded in 1996 and rapidly expanded through the US after the first location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Cane’s is well known and loved for their chicken fingers, Texas toast, crinkle-cut fries, signature Cane’s Sauce, and coleslaw. The new Hixson location is just expanding Tennessee’s love for Canes.
The grand opening was attended by many Heritage High students and here is what two of them rated their experience. “Overall I would give Cane’s a 8/10 for the service and quality of food” said junior Raymond Jiang. Another junior, Riley Greven expressed “I would also give it a 8/10 and will be visiting again.”
Raising Cane’s is committed to the great service at this location. They are supplying a smile and any help needed to customers. The company lives up to their expectations and is active in the Hixson community for any events they are asked to participate in.
