AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE ART TAKES TOP HONORS

The ASL students at Heritage took the top three places in the 2014 National ASL National Honors Society Art Competition. They competed against students from 17 different schools in 13 different states.

“I’m really excited to have won second place because art has always been really important to me,” said Sam Rhudy.

“I’m really happy to be in the top three at Heritage. It was very shocking when I heard I was the third place winner. I have always loved art,” said Sarah Milligan

“I’m so happy I was able to win the contest. I didn’t expect it, but art has always been something I enjoyed,” said first place winner Brooklyn Pell.

Gabbie Morris received an Honorable Mention. Congratulations to these students.
