HHS SUMMER CAMPS

Hannah Roberts, Staff Writer

This summer, Heritage High School will be hosting several summer skills camps with various activities on its campus for children. The students and faculty that will be running this will have a volleyball camp, an art camp, and a dance camp. These different activities will be for younger siblings of people attending Heritage and also all of the kids in the community. Depending on which activities that they are interested in and want to do, the price will be different. The volleyball camp is for people in middle school or upcoming sixth graders and is from May 30 to June 1 from 5:30 to 7:30. It costs thirty dollars. The art camp is from June 5 to June 9 and lasts from 9 to 12 in the morning. That one is for grades kindergarten through sixth grade and costs one hundred and twenty dollars. The last camp that they will offer is the dance camp that is from June 19 through the 21 and is for everyone between the ages four and 12. It will be from 9 to 1 and the cost is fifty dollars. These are all based on upcoming grade levels for the 2017-2018 school year. According to Ms. Cooper who will be doing the volleyball camp, there is still a chance that the school will add more activities. Everyone has to register by May 12, and this can be done with a form that you can get from the teacher, coach, or player in charge of the activity.
