“13 Reasons Why” is a Netflix original series that was released on March 31, 2017. This is a show, based on the book by Jay Asher that follows the life of Hannah Baker. She is a girl who commits suicide and leaves tapes for the people who drove her to her death to listen to.

Back in March when the show came out, fans of the Netflix original series, “13 Reasons Why,” were thrilled to learn that a second season was totally possible. Recently, it was announced that there would be a second season and yesterday, May 9, the creator of the show let out some juicy details regarding the next addition to the story.

Now holding the record for most tweeted about, the show “13 Reasons Why” left off in the first season with some unanswered questions and the fans are NOT having it. Show creator Brian Yorkey has confirmed that although Hannah will be integral to season 2, there will be no new tape recordings in the upcoming season. “The tapes are still obviously on people’s minds, but there is a different sort of analogue technology that plays a hugely important role in season two,” Yorkey explained to Entertainment Weekly.

Netflix also tweeted more details for the fans to read and go crazy over, and it is mentioned that Hannah’s story will be told from other perspectives, rather than just the ones mentioned in season one. They also said that Jessica’s story will continue, there will be a new narrator, how boys can become men and treat women with respect, and it will say how Bryce will be punished for what he did in season one.
