Soccer season has finally begun with tryouts just finishing on January 22. The teams are picked and are practicing to be prepared to play their first games on February 6th at Sonoraville at 5:30 p.m. The girls went practically undefeated last year, and the boys performed at an amazing level. Both teams are craving to go to state, but that’s not the only thing on their mind. Coach Robinson says, “I want [the girls] to push themselves, but try to keep the injury count down this year.” The boys have new leadership with Coach Kubin being new and eager to lead the team to victory.

Both teams are filled with talent and are ready to fight for the title of best team in the area. The fantastic females on the team are looking for a faultless season, so they are training feverishly hard to improve their already impressive skills. The boys are battling for a brilliant season that will become known as the best boys soccer season in Heritage history. In fact, Coach Kubin hopes to “prepare the boys for next year and develop the skills of the players.” These phenomenal players have their work cut out for them and are ready to do what it takes to reach their goals.
