With spring break now over and only a few weeks left of the school year remaining, the time for the spring production by the Heritage drama class is rapidly approaching. This year, instead of having one plot to follow, they will actually be doing two different short stories during the course of the show. Senior Henry Tollett’s original dramatic script entitled “Watergate: Revisited” will be one of the stories that they will perform, and the other is W. W. Jacobs’ “The Monkey’s Paw,”which is a cautionary tale about wishing for things. The element of horror in this story makes it riveting, and typical textbook story will be on stage.  The last production here at Heritage was the musical “Elf,” but the last play put on by the drama department was “See How They Run” during April of the last school year. A year later, drama has prepared another show for the school and community to see. On Saturday, April 14, the cast of this production will be holding an open rehearsal that anyone can come and watch. It will be at seven that night, but if you can’t make it to that one, there are two other matinees during the school day. On Thursday, April 19, there will a show for freshmen and sophomores at 9:25 that morning and another show for juniors and seniors will be at 11:40. Tickets will be sold the morning of, and they will cost three dollars.
