FALL FUN

Fall is my personal favorite season. It always has been. Here in the south, we don’t have much of a fall; it’s more of like summer, a day or two of fall, and then winter. But because the months are fall months, I like to pretend the weather outside is being cooperative. There are several things I enjoy doing because it’s fall.

My favorite thing to do is paint pumpkins. I made my mom buy me a little pumpkin instead of a big one, “even though you get more for your money.” I just think the little ones are cute and I typically do a big one later. I haven’t decided on what I want to paint on my pumpkin this year, but I’m sure it’ll be great. Last year, I did a silhouette of the scene from “Tangled” where Rapunzel and Flynn Rider were looking up at all the lights from the kingdom against an ombre background, as shown in the picture.

I love decorating and making fall and Halloween treats. I make rice krispie treats and decorate them as spooky creatures. I make pumpkin cookies or pumpkin everything really. My mom doesn’t exactly like Halloween, so I have to mainly go for fall things.

This year, I want to have a party with some friends since the backyard opened up, but my mom may or may not go for that one. Fall is just my favorite season, and I want the fall of my senior year to be great because it’s my last one.
