Kynsie King is a 14-year-old freshman at Heritage High School. This is her first semester in Journalism, but she was on the news team last year at the middle school. She is a student-athlete and spends plenty of time on the field or the court.  She played soccer for HMS the previous year and enjoys volleyball. Kynsie wants to be on the fishing team and is a member of FCA. She is striving for NHS and maybe valedictorian. Kynsie loves listening to music, and even though her favorite song is “I Remember Everything” by Zach Bryan, her favorite artist is Lewis Capaldi. She loves to read in her free time. She loves novels and tries to avoid reading anything other than fiction. She is a hopeless romantic who binge-watches Hallmark movies. Kynsie loves fall and anything pumpkin spice. Outside of school you will probably catch her in the pool or spending quality time with friends and family. She hopes to attend Florida State University for college and work towards becoming an ichthyologist (a marine biologist who specializes in sharks). She will continue to work hard and make her first year at HHS a wonderful one.
