So I’m sure everyone has seen or heard of the hit DC movie “Suicide Squad.” Well, I’ve got good news for you! Actress Margot Robbie, who played Harley Quinn, is developing a film with Warner Bros. that is totally separate from the other projects such as “Gotham City Sirens.” The new film is rumored to have the Joker and Harley team up. There’s no doubt that the movie will not be a hit, since Harley Quinn was such a breakout character in “Suicide Squad” last year. In a recent interview, Margot told reporters that she wanted the upcoming movie to feature Harley’s girl squad. Other producers working on this project include, Glenn Ficarra and John Requa. Unlike the other developments of DC movies, this upcoming film is going to specifically focused on one character: Harley Quinn. Although you may have got some background information on Harley Quinn in “Suicide Squad”, you probably didn’t get the full story. And if you think the standalone film is going to be a romance movie about Harley and Joker, it most definitely isn’t. Just as thing couldn’t get better, Harley isn’t just getting a standalone film, but she will also be featured in “Suicide Squad 2” and later a rumoured romcom about Harley’s romance with the Joker. Although no casting information has been released yet, actors from “Suicide Squad”, such as Jared Leto (the Joker), are most likely going to return to the big screen. There is also no release date for any of the films, but it is said that producers will release more information as soon as possible.
