The wait is over. Pop princess Ariana Grande is dropping her new album entitled “Thank U, Next”, just in time for Valentine’s Day. Fans are anxiously awaiting to endlessly stream her album, which is set to be released on February 8 and is available for pre-order now. With Grande’s latest Billboard top charting singles “Thank U, Next” and “7 Rings,” we can expect  nothing but the best for Ari’s new album. It’s been a hard year for Ariana. Since her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller’s passing, to her called off engagement to Pete Davidson, “Thank U, Next” is said to be an empowerment to women who have dealt with heartbreak and tough times. However, some track names have caught the attention of many fans. Particularly “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored,” which is speculated to be about Ari’s ex, Big Sean.

Speaking of the compelling tracklist, there will be twelve songs total. Starting from track one, there is, “Imagine,” “Needy,” “NASA,” “Bloodline,” “Fake Smile,” “Bad Idea,” “Make Up,” “Ghostin,” “In My Head,” “7 Rings,” “Thank U, Next,” and “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored.” “7 Rings,” which was released a few weeks ago, already has an awesome music video. The same goes for the album titled  track, “Thank U, Next”, which includes iconic 2000 movies like “Legally Blonde” and “Mean Girls.” And if you were wondering, yes, Ari does portray “Mean Girls’ ” Regina George in the video.

Regarding Ariana’s album cover, there is technically two so far. Arianna dropped the pink version of her album cover and tweeted “This is my fav album cover I think. Brian painted me. Fredo shot me. Made with true, deep friendship and love. Just like this music.” With this being said, Ariana has also told fans that there will be a darker version of the album color. The physical album will be pink, while the digital album will be darker.

Being Billboard’s 2018 Woman of the Year and having been nominated for two Grammy awards this year, It’s safe to say 2019 has a lot in stored for Ariana and her fans. There is no time for heartbreak and reminiscing on the past with Ari’s new album coming. Full of powerful messages and lyrics, you’ll be thinking “thank u, next” all 2019.
