Everyone has seen or least heard of “Charlie’s Angels.” If you’re a fan of the classic movie/ series, then I have some good news. There is a remake in the making of the classic story that millions of people have adored over the generations. The 1976 television series was originally created by Ivan Goff and Ben Roberts and featured many Hollywood legends, such as Farrah Fawcett and Jaclyn Smith as the leading ladies. The classic series later got adapted into a film in 2000, featuring Carmen Diaz and Drew Barrymore. There have been many other film adaptations since then and now there is about to be another one!

2019 is about to bring a lot of action to the big screen with the new remake. As far as casting goes, the 3 female leads are said to go to Kristen Stewart, “Aladdin’s” Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska, according to the director, Elizabeth Banks. “Charlie’s Angels, for me, is one of the original brands to celebrate the empowered woman since its debut in the 70s,” Banks revealed. “Variety” confirmed that Banks will also be portraying the role of Bosley. The movie will be released on November 1, 2019, by Sony Pictures. The film will be based on the 1976 television series and a reboot of the “Charlie’s Angels” franchise.

If you’re unfamiliar with the plot of Charlie’s Angels, here’s a quick summary: three beautiful police academy-trained private detectives take on many dangerous adventures and missions. The film will focus on the next generation of Angels working for the mysterious Charlie (who they only speak to on a speakerphone). The film honors the legacy of Charles Townsend and his agency by introducing a new era of modern Angels. With A-list actors, the public is in for an angelic treat when “Charlie’s Angels” is released in November.
