Bryleigh Henderson is a 16-year-old junior at Heritage High School. This semester is her first in Journalism, and she is very excited to be in this class. She joined because she wants to be more involved in both her community and school in general, and she also wants to hang out with her friends and also make new ones. In her free time she hangs out with her friends and family. She also likes to read and enjoys books from many different genres. One of her favorite books and series is Harry Potter, and the movies are great too. She listens to music a lot, which helps her focus and actually do her school work. She runs cross country in the fall, which she dislikes, and track in the spring, which she enjoys a lot more. She hates the cold weather and is already wishing for summer break. She lives with her parents, two younger siblings, and dog named Shoogs and enjoys going on trips with them to visit her grandparents in Florida. Bryleigh tries to stay on top of all her work, and wants to maintain a good grade throughout her high school career. She wants to pursue a job in teaching, specifically younger children in elementary school.
