Emalee Grant, Staff Writer
Emalee Grant is a 15-year-old Freshman at Heritage High School. This is the first ever Journalism class she has ever taken. Emalee used to play soccer for the Grass Sharks in middle school. Even though this is just the beginning for her, she doesn’t want to look back at high school saying, “I should have tried more things.“ Her hobbies includes drawing and painting. She is a very artistic person that love to create something of her own. She also loves the kids at her church that she babysits. Emalee is also someone who loves to go outside to go hiking, fishing, hunting, and planting, but at the same time she loves to be with her friends and go skating or shopping—anything besides staying home. She also has many pets including her dog Nico (that she thinks her family has spoiled too much). To finish, Emalee is an artistic and outgoing person who loves her friends and family and is trying to find her way in life.
