Natalie Ferry, Staff Writer
Natalie Ferry is a freshman this year at Heritage High School. She is very excited about working for Journalism and the yearbook. Other than Journalism, Natalie is a part of Heritage’s musicals and the HHS ESports team. In her spare time she enjoys Starbucks runs, going to museums, making soup, and sitting down to read a nice book with her cat, Penny. Her favorite part of Journalism so far has been taking photos at the home football games earlier this year. She hopes to improve her writing and photography during her time with Heritage’s General Journal. Her current reads include Albert Camus’s "The Stranger," Amanda Gorman’s "Call Us What We Carry," and Cho Nam Ju’s "Kim Ji-young, Born 1882." Natalie is currently listening to lots of Epik High, Halsey, Mitski, BTS, and the Cocteau Twins. Her favorite animal is the wonderful, fantastic, and superior creature to all: the duck. Her all-time favorite games include "League of Legends," "Gris," "Minecraft," and "Valorant." While she may spend a lot of time indoors, she loves to devote her summers working on her backyard vegetable garden. At this point in time, Natalie hopes to go into either linguistics or art conservation/restoration after high school.
