Natalie Ferry, Editor-in-Chief
Natalie Ferry is the newspaper editor and a sophomore at Heritage High School. She is still very excited about working on The Legacy. Other than Journalism, Natalie is a part of Heritage’s musicals and numerous other clubs. In her spare time she enjoys playing video games, going to museums, cooking, and sitting down to read a nice book with her cat, Penny. Her current reads include Ocean Vuong’s "On Earth We're Briefly Gorgeous," Ernest J. Gaines’s “A Lesson Before Dying," and "How to Read Nonfiction Like a Professor" by Thomas C. Foster. While reading she likes to listen to artists like Big Thief, Odie Leigh, Mitski, the Star Wars discography, and Alabaster DePlume. She also hopes to get out of the house more this year and attend some concerts (local or in Atlanta). Even as a sophomore, Natalie is planning for her future. She is currently interested in attending Georgia State or UTC to pursue her degree. She isn’t sure on what she wants to go into at the moment, but whatever she chooses Natalie hopes she will be able to enjoy it. Wherever Journalism takes her this year, she knows that it will be great.
