Emily Blevins, News Editor
Emily Blevins is a current senior, class of 2017, at Heritage High School. As she enters her last semester of high school, she also enters her fifth semester in journalism. She is obviously very experienced in writing and creating for the school’s newspaper and yearbook staff, and is looking forward to her final year in doing so. When Emily is not focused at school, she is either working as a receptionist for State Farm or doing something significantly more fun and interesting. One of her favorite activities to partake in during her free time is playing with her dog, also known as her best friend, Lily. Emily has a deep passion for animals, but an even deeper one for dogs so whenever she has an opportunity to play with her own, she always takes advantage of it. Besides dogs, Emily really enjoys the simple joys that life brings her through doing things like spending time with friends, painting, and worshipping at her church.
